A global food and beverage leader, operating in over 200 countries, with a portfolio of 20+ billion-dollar brands, that includes Walkers, Doritos, Pepsi MAX, Quaker and Pipers. Sustainability is central to PepsiCo’s strategy, which aims to improve health and environmental. A central mission for the business is “Winning with Purpose.”

We were tasked with building an NRM and Commercial Strategy talent pipeline for 4 key UK & European offices. Since onboarding, we now work more widely across the business, across Sales, Supply Chain, Category, Data and Transformation.

Challenges

The global, sector and local organisational structure can create complexity around identifying candidates who are able to leverage value from this model, balancing relevant engagement with an action bias. Across all leadership hires there is an absolute focus on recruiting diverse talent.

Outcome

We have invested time meeting multiple stakeholders to fully understand the different operating models and creating alignment on what “good” looks like. We have specialist EDI partners who provide ongoing consultancy on how Mackenzie Jones continues to improve its connectivity and relevance to diverse talent as well as building a robust process for inclusive recruitment
