Challenges

Lindt & Sprüngli are embarking on a UK & European SAP S/4 Hana transformation programme, migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 Hana. This is a strategic move to future-proof its business operations as SAP will cease to support SAP ECC in 2027. Organisations that utilise SAP ECC in the UK & Europe are either planning or underway with migrating to SAP S/4 Hana, so the demand for experienced SAP talent is competitive.

Outcome
