Mackenzie Jones has successfully partnered with JDE for over 4 years and has supported the business to recruit several key hires within Supply Chain, Operations, Digital, Innovation and Product Development. The business identified a challenge to recruit high performing talent at a mid to senior level with the ability to adapt to change and deliver dynamic, entrepreneurial, and accountable leadership. JDE also required a sensitive approach to recruitment, with a focus on ensuring their employer brand was represented correctly in the external market.
Outcome
Working as an extension of the talent team, Mackenzie Jones has successfully made over key 10 appointments, all of whom are performing well at JDE. We also actively manage a future leaders talent programme for JDE, to proactively introduce exceptional candidates.
