Rachael has worked for over 25 years in the retail industry for several great businesses in the beauty, food & electrical sectors, across the UK and Europe. Her roles have covered a number of commercial aspects of retailing primarily in Buying, Category Management, eCommerce & Project Management. All of which have enabled Rachael to learn and hone her skills in this ever- changing & fascinating sector.
Current role and responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant at MKJ, Rachael connects commercial and sales talent across FMCG Consumer & Retail markets throughout the UK & Europe.
Outside of work
Rachael enjoys spending time with her family & friends, walking, running, travelling & learning ballroom dancing!

If I could be any fictional character, I would be Black Beauty – it is a fabulous story that reminds me of my childhood & I have always fancied feeling the freedom that a horse in the wild can experience! Also, Black Beauty shows resilience & perseverance to end up in a very happy position!
