Paul has specialised in Commercial and Marketing recruitment across FMCG and Consumer markets for 25 years. He created Mackenzie Jones in 2003, aiming to provide a dedicated recruitment and executive search partner within FMCG.
As the Managing Director for Mackenzie Jones, Paul still takes on an active role in growing the business and providing an excellent service to our customers. Paul works with FMCG and Consumer businesses of all shapes and sizes, identifying and connecting them with mid-senior level talent.
Paul spends as much time as possible with his family (who are growing up far too quickly!) and tries to maintain a good level of fitness by bagging Munros in Scotland. He’s also partial to the odd G&T.
