Billy has over 10 years recruitment experience within multiple disciplines and industries. In recent years, Billy has recruited exclusively within Digital & E-Commerce positions providing executive, permanent and interim recruitment services.
Current role and responsibilities
Billy joined Mackenzie Jones in 2020 to lead the Digital & E-Commerce team. While he remains a Director at Mackenzie Jones, in January 2024, he co-launched MKJ Ignite Ltd with our Managing Director, Paul. MKJ Ignite was established to demonstrate our dedication to supporting the challenger brand space.
Outside of work
When Billy isn’t recruiting and networking, he can normally be found on the rugby pitch. Billy is 1st XV Captain of a successful rugby club in Weybridge, Surrey, recently leading them to National Cup glory at Twickenham Stadium in May 2019. More recently, Billy ran two marathons in two days for MKJ Ignite’s charity partner, The Hunchman Trust.
I am happiest when…I have a full plate of food in front of me, preferably alongside a pint or a large glass of Red.
